EOSeoul solemnly declare to uphold and abide by the governing rules set forth by the community’s democratically agreed upon Constitution. The EOS.IO Constitution is supreme and the only contract to which we are bound. We will not comply with any requests that are forbidden by the Constitution in order to protect the network from undue harm.
EOSeoul will abide by, follow, and enforce all arbitration decisions that are enacted, without delay. We also will abstain from publishing opinions on active arbitration.
EOSeoul will always place the highest priority on investing back into the required network infrastructure and people to enable the EOS network to perform at the highest level and scale effectively.
EOSeoul as a Block Producer will always act with honesty, integrity and apply the highest ethical standards in all aspects of our conduct. This includes abiding be all aspects of the EOS Constitution and Block Producer Agreement, and exceeding those where applicable, which includes never paying voters for support.
EOSeoul will maintain full political and operational independence at all times. We will not directly manage or operate more than one block producing node within any singular EOS.IO blockchain.
EOSeoul commit to maintaining an ongoing dialogue with the community wherever conversations are being held, regardless of the size of the stake or the number of tokens held. We commit to listening, understanding, and achieving consensus with the token-holder community, to the best of our abilities in a multilingual fashion.
EOSeoul will provide transparency into our operating team, shareholders, and financials while exceeding that required by company law and the EOS.IO Constitution. Our team will be transparent to the community and will always seek to exceed ongoing community transparency requirements as they evolve.
